1989 West Virginia license plate
A 1989 West Virginia passenger car license plate for sale by Brandywine General Store. The 89 WV car tag is white with blue and gold, the state slogan Wild Wonderful is across the top, the DMV expiration sticker is at the bottom. An outline of the state in gold fills the left end of the plate. The WV Department of Motor Vehicles only issued single tags for the state's motorists during the model year of 1989.
