This 1915 silent movie starred Theda Bara, directed by Frank Powell and was produced by William Fox. This film was long considered controversial for such risque cards such as Kiss me, my fool. This is one of the few films that still exist that starred Theda Bara, most of her movies have been lost to history. This silent film is the origin of the term "vamp", short for vampire referring to a femme fatale who causes the moral loss of the men she seduces. Picture #88
