Our premium, archival artwork of this vintage poster advertisement from World War II shows a group of women around a sign with block letters, WOMEN, they are working on this sign as if it is an assembly line. In the front is a Jeep which has two women working on it while an airplane and train car is in the back. The purpose of this poster was to get women into the workforce during the big War, as a lot of the men were overseas fighting, this severely curtailed the labor situation at home. Picture #111
