Helena Montana State Capitol Building Proposed Art Print
A Museum Quality Art Print of the Proposed Montana State Capitol Building that was the winning design by architect George R. Mann in 1896 for sale by Brandywine General Store. However it was discovered that the commissioners in charge of this building were going to skim money from the Capitol project and the building itself was also deemed to costly to build after some thought was given by the state. Consequently this beautiful Capitol Building for the state of Montana was never built. Arkansas however, built their capitol based on these plans. This antique lithograph copy makes a nice print with the beautiful building in the background, colorful clouds overhead and all the horses and carriages all along the front. Picture #145
