1963 West Virginia Booster Plate
A 1963 West Virginia Booster Plate that was produced by the Lion's Club in commemoration for the state centennial and also as a fund raiser. We were lucky enough to find an unused box of these front booster tags in a store in southern West Virginia, luckily they were stored in an upstairs room and kept dry, so the condition is near mint. Since West Virginia only requires a single license plate on the rear, these can be used in the front of any vehicle, or put them in your license plate collection regardless of which state you live. When these tags came out in 1963 most were put on the front of the car and used, consequently, most that survive have rust on them, these do not.
