Order from Brandywine General Store with confidence, we offer a 7 day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as when we shipped it with no damage.

Shipping - We usually ship twice a week. Even though we use priority mail only, it is not necessarily for the speed, but for the protection the priority boxes give to our products during shipping. When we gave first class mail as an option, our damaged products during shipping increased by a large margin, so we dropped the first class option. We are also in a very rural area, which sometimes can add a day or two to delivery. If you are expecting an item to be delivered to your house in a day or two, then please don't order. We want and appreciate your business, but we have to be honest about our shipping as we don't want you to be disappointed if an item takes longer to get to you than you expected. The shipping costs are automatically figured at checkout.
