Binoit, Peter - Still Life with Iris Fine Art Print
A Museum Quality Print of Still Life with Iris by Peter Binoit for sale by Brandywine General Store. This oil on copper still life was painted by the German artist in the year 1623. A lone deep purple iris is in the upper right corner of the scene, giving the artwork it's title. Adding to the rainbow of colors of this flower arrangement are a huge red tulip in the center, zinnias, sweet williams, asters, lily of the valley and many other flowers both large and small. A caterpillar has joined the lady bug beetle on the table. Robert H and Clarice Smith gifted this old master artwork to the National Gallery of Art in 2012. Still Life #21
