CR #07 Georgia Obsolete fifty dollar Civil War Treasury Note 1863
An obsolete Georgia ten dollar note issued during the Civil War from Milledgeville GA on February 2nd, 1863 for sale by Brandywine General Store. The obsolete currency has The Georgia coat of arms on the left end panel surrounded by cotton and grains, the center has a large L surrounded by a coiled rattlesnake. Criswell lists this obsolete currency as CR #07 and rated as R2 on the rarity scale which means between 5,001 to 10,000 of these notes still exist.
