An archival premium quality poster style print of Damselfly, French Rose, Spanish Chestnut and Spider made from a medieval illuminated manuscript for sale by Brandywine General Store. This illuminated manuscript was created by Joris Hoefnagel and Georg Bocskay in 1561-62 using a medium of watercolors, gold and silver paints and ink on parchment. The artwork features medieval printing in the top third of the image. The rest has a large pink rose, a chestnut still in its burr, a damselfly which is on the rose and a spider with it's web spinning all around.
