Brandywine General Store
A Museum Quality Print of an Indianapolis Motor Speedway Advertisement from 1905 for sale by Brandywine General Store. On the top of our premium archival artwork is printed Indianapolis Motor Speedway the Greatest Race Course in the World. At the bottom left corner is printed the management who were C. G. Fisher, A. C. Newby, F. H. Wheeler and J. A. Allison. The copyright is in the other corner of the year 1905 by the Otis Lithograph Company of Cleveland and New York. There are also two race cars racing neck and neck with smoke flying out from the tires because they are going so fast, you can see other cars coming up from behind. A man and woman in the crowd are leaning out over the wall and waving to the race car drivers. Flags are hanging overhead from several different countries along with the color race flags. The rest of the stadium is full of spectators. A rare early racing scene and a very nice one. Picture #78
