Louisiana Five Dollar obsolete Baby Bond with Coupons 1870s
An obsolete five dollar baby bond issued by the state of Louisiana in 1870s during the Reconstruction era with five coupons on the side for sale by Brandywine General Store. The back has a beautiful green geometric design, the front has a picture of a young child, the serial number is 108765. This bond was a good deal as it paid 7 1/2 % interest thru 1886 unless Louisiana wanted to pay them off quicker. Our estimation of grade is choice almost uncirculated and has no cancellations. The pictures show the front and back of the actual obsolete Louisiana baby bond that is for sale to help you decide on the condition before purchasing.
