Monet Claude - The Manneporte Fine Art Print
An archival premium Quality art print of The Manneporte for sale by Brandywine General Store. This canvas was painted by Claude Monet during the month of February 1883. Monet spent most of this month at Etretat, a fishing village and resort on the Normandy Coast, where he painted views of the beach and rock formations. The Manneporte is a huge natural arch that juts out in the sea at Etretat. The original of this oil on canvas is now at the Metropolitan Museum of Art at the bequest of William Church Osborn in 1951.
