Our archival historical civil war artwork features the monument which has the following printed; Thirty Two North Carolina Regiments were in action at Gettysburg July 1, 2. 3. 1863. One Confederate Soldier in every four who fell here was a North Carolinian. Other words were also printed. The tablet memorial was erected by the NC Division of United Daughters of the Confederacy.
