Our archival printed artwork features the road on top and the arches and rock work underneath of this historic structure in the late fall season. The original bridge was built in 1825, this replacement similar to the original was built in 1884. This bridge was used by both Confederate and Union Soldiers traveling on the old Fauquier and Alexandria turnpike over Bull Run.
