Celommi, Pasquale - The Laundress Fine Art Print
An archival premium Quality art Print of The Laundress by Pasquale Celommi for sale by Brandywine General Store. The artist finished the artwork in the year 1902, signing it in top right. The original is now hanging in the Yekaterinburg Museum of Fine Arts in Russia. The composition shows a wash woman who is busy washing and scrubbing clothes in a wooden barrel on a washboard. You can tell this woman has been a washing woman a long time, because of the redness of her hands and lower arms.
