The artwork features a farm family with a mother or grandmother and three children doing their evening chores. The mother is holding the baby and a gathering basket, the eldest daughter is feeding a sheep, while a goose is picking at a bunch of flowers that she is holding. The boy is on the porch prodding at the turkey gobbler with a stick. The father is bringing in a load of freshly made hay on horses and wagon. There are also a rooster and hens and ducks in this picture. We have given this picture a vintage feel with a white vignette border around the image.
