Our artwork features a woman riding airily on a bicycle while another woman is watching her and wishing she had one of the bikes to ride. Art Nouveau flowers are springing up all around the rider of this Victor bicycle. The Overman Wheel company had offices in Boston, New York, Detroit, Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Portland.
