A 2007-S James Madison Presidential Dollar Coin that has been certified perfect by PCGS at Proof 70 Deep Cameo. James Madison was the Nation's 4th President serving in office from 1809 - 1817. He was known as the Father of the Constitution due to his writing of the document as well as his instrumental work in getting the document approved. Madison was also the drafter of the original Bill of Rights. Like Jefferson and Washington before him, he was from the state of Virginia.
