A T-60 obsolete southern five dollar civil war treasury bill issued from Richmond VA in 1863 for sale by Brandywine General Store. This type 60 CSA bill In the Fricke confederate money book this note is designated PF-27, which means no series, Lithographed by Evans and Cogswell is on the left end, Keatinge and Ball, Columbia SC is on the bottom margin. The rarity is rated as R1 which is common. The type 60 currency featured the VA state capitol in Richmond in the center with a portrait of CG Memminger on the right, who served as Secretary of the Treasury for the Confederacy during most of the Civil War.
