A T-68 obsolete ten dollar treasury bill issued by the Southern Central Government in 1864 during the civil war for sale by Brandywine General Store. This type 68 treasury bill is designated PF-38, meaning it is from the 8th series. It is R1 on the rarity scale which is common. It could be possible these are also PF-39, which would mean the 8 in series is hand drawn, but I think these are machine made 8s. Check the picture and you can decide if that is important to you.
