Las Vegas Historic Neon Cocktail Sign Fremont Street Fine Art Print
A Museum Quality Print of the Neon Cocktail Sign on Historic Fremont Street in Las Vegas Nevada for sale by Brandywine General Store. Fremont Street is the 2nd most famous street in the Vegas area, trailing only The Strip. During the 1940s Neon Signs began to transform this street into the night wonder that it is today, earning it the nickname of Glitter Gulch. This road was paved in 1925 and the first Vegas traffic light was installed here in 1931. Helldorado Days Parade was held here annually for sixty years with the last parade being in 1994, the same year that this street was closed to traffic for construction of the Fremont Street Experience. Picture #26 a premium archival print made from a photograph in the Highsmith collection.
