1928 West Virginia License Plates

The color of these vintage passenger automobile plates is dark green with white letters, the full state name and date are both located at the bottom, the DMV registration number is 81-821. The condition is very good minus, with one plate having 3 extra holes, but this is still a rare early pair of WV plates.
