As of this listing only 444 of these twenty five cent pieces have been good enough to earn the distinction of a perfect 70 grade by PCGS. Georgia became the 4th state to join the early United States in 1788 and was one of the original colonies. The design on their quarter features the ever famous Georgia Peach inside the state outline. Oak leaves surround this design with the motto "Wisdom, Justice, Moderation".
