This plate was #2. The Camelopardalis constellation resembles a giraffe, it is the 18th largest constellation in the sky, but there are no bright stars within this system. Tarandus, Latin for Reindeer and Custos Messium, Latin for Harvest Keepers are two constellations that are not recognized today. Urania's Mirror astronomical cards were published in 1825 in London for the purpose of learning about the stars and constellations in the sky. Picture #42
