Charleston SC 25 cents obsolete civil war scrip 1862
An obsolete twenty five cent note issued by the city of Charleston, South Carolina during the Civil War in March 1862 for sale by Brandywine General Store. The small size obsolete currency features a bull's head in the center and a red faded twenty five on the reverse. In the SC obsolete money reference book they estimated between 16 to 25 of these Charleston SC change notes still exist. Our estimation of grade to be used as a reference only is good.
