Fr 2305 Hawaii 20.00 Federal Reserve Note 1934A
A FR # 2305 nice circulated Hawaii Emergency World War II Twenty Dollar Federal Reserve Note for sale by Brandywine General Store. These are the same as regular United States currency except they have the addition of HAWAII in block letters on the front and the reverse has a big Hawaii covering the middle part of the back. These were produced in case the War went bad in the Hawaii and Pacific area, if the area was overrun by the enemy, then this currency could be nullified and voided and thus would have been worthless to the enemy. The designation of this US paper money is Friedberg 2305 and is signed by Julian and Morgenthau.
