T-55 One Dollar Civil War Issue 1862 PF-02 Very Fine
A T-55 obsolete one dollar Civil War treasury note issued December 02, 1862 by the Southern Central Gov't for sale by Brandywine General Store. This type 55 example is designated as PF-02, meaning it is from the 1st series and has no printer's name. The serial number is 59,733 with plate letter E. The type 55 CSA currency featured Clement C. Clay who was a Senator for the state of Alabama during the Civil War. Our estimation of grade to be used as a reference only is very fine and would be choice except for a small bump on the bottom border.
