Obsolete money from Winegardner and Mudge issued in 1863 from Williamsport Pennsylvania in amount of 10 cents for sale by Brandywine General Store. This change note is small in size measuring around 2 x 3 1/2 inches and was payable on the West Branch Bank. Winegardner and Mudge were cash dealers in staple and fancy dry goods and located in Williamsport.
